Return Policy

We are confident that you will love your selection and the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, or need to change or cancel an order, please see below.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER:

If you need to make changes to or cancel your online order after receiving confirmation from us via e-mail, please e-mail us immediately so we can revise or cancel your order. Please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order confirmation number.

RETURNING DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Please check your order immediately and report any errors within two (2) working days via e-mail giving us the reason for the return. We will do everything that we can to make your order right. Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving order. If you need to return your merchandise because of wrong size, we will be happy to exchange it for an identical item, (no changes) or issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate (minus shipping charges) mailed to the same address as that on the credit card used for the purchase. If an item is defective, we will, of course, correct it and mail it to you at our expense. If returning an item, please make sure your package is sent insured and with a tracking device as we cannot be responsible for packages that are not received.

Items must not have been damaged, worn or laundered, and all items must be returned with the original tags and receipt/invoice. If not, you will not receive full credit for the return.

Monogrammed and custom made items are not returnable. Please be sure of these items, their sizing, and correctness for your child prior to finalizing your order. Remember to e-mail us with any questions prior to ordering.

Because custom made items are made just for you, payment in full is required at the time you place your order. We will e-mail you prior to when production has begun to let you know that your charge card will be charged. Orders for custom or personalized items may not be cancelled after production has begun.
